One Cup Cookies

One cup of (just about) every ingredient makes this recipe an easy one to remember!
Ingredients:
1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
1 c oil
1 c margarine (or butter)
1 c coconut
1 c chopped nuts
1 c oatmeal
1 c Rice Krispies
1 egg
___
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
3½ c flour
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
- Mix wet ingredients until fluffy.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Place 1-inch balls on cookie sheet, flatten with sugared glass (sugar the bottom of a drinking glass and press into balls to flatten).
- Bake at 350° for ~10 minutes or until golden.
